Today the play group took a field trip to the Swiss city of Basel. We hopped on a train at 10 am and got to Basel just before 11 am. Our goal was to see the Weihnachts Markt (Christmas Market) and enjoy the beautiful, sunny weather.
Unfortunately, only half the group was able to come due to a round of viruses. But those of us who went had a great time!
Here we are! There's Caroline with Anna (in the stroller), me & Nicholas and Alorie holding Adrian. Not pictured are Alorie's parents who are currently visiting and came along on our field trip. The two sets of extra hands were much appreciated!As you can see, Nicholas went in the baby wrap. And after watching the other two mothers struggling with the strollers, I decided we will use the wrap as long as possible. Eventually he will get too heavy, but for now it works for us.
